MSP Covered Services

Pediatricians are considered specialists by the BC Medical Services Plan (MSP). A referral is required before booking an appointment. Please speak with your family physician, nurse practitioner or midwife.

Pediatric services are covered by MSP. Please bring your child's BC CareCard and Health Passport (if available) to your appointment. For out-of-province coverage, please bring your provincial health care card.

Parking Information

Due to ongoing construction at the Broadway/Cambie intersection, please allow extra time for travel and parking. We recommend planning to arrive at least 15 minutes early to the area to ensure there is ample time to make it to your appointment.

We are conveniently located a 1/2 BLOCK WEST of the BROADWAY-CITY HALL SKYTRAIN STATION

Neelu Bachra Parkade

Lot #1768

Accessible from the building back alley. Alley is accessible via Ash Street between Broadway and 10th Avenue.

Ample parking on first 3 levels. Please do not park in reserved stalls.

Impark lot rates are in effect.

Whole Foods Parkade

(5 min walk)

Accessible from 8th Avenue, between Ash St and Cambie.

Whole Foods validated parking available with purchase up to 2hrs.

City Square Mall Parkade

(5-8 min walk)

Enter from Southbound Cambie Street just before 12th Ave. Second entrance on Ash Street. Exit the Mall at the East Entrance (by Sungiven Foods) and walk North on Ash towards Broadway.

90 min free parking with mall purchase (must be validated).

No parking on Broadway after 3pm
